1. CORPORATE INFORMATION
1.1. The Terms and Conditions, contained in this document, refer to and apply to every reservation made through the website www.asmanawellness.com. The reservation guarantees access to and use of the booked services exclusively at Asmana Wellness World, Viale Allende 10, 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), Italy. Asmana is a trademark of Sonosystem AG, Kriessernstr. 40, 9450 Altstätten, Switzerland. In this document, “You” or “Your” refers to the recipient of the services booked through the aforementioned website.
1.2. The reservation is made through Sonosystem AG, Kriessernstr. 40, 9450 Altstätten, Switzerland, company number CHE-103.329.098. In this document, “we” or “our” refers to the issuer of the reservation in question.
1.3. Asmana Wellness World is managed by Floriba s.r.l., headquartered at via Michelucci 9, 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), Italy, company number REA FI-634902, VAT number 06523800487. Floriba s.r.l. is the provider and responsible entity for the services subject to online booking, which are governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. BOOKING PROCEDURE
2.1. Access to Asmana Wellness World and the services offered therein to the public can be booked through the website www.asmanawellness.com.
2.2. Access to Asmana Wellness World is granted to those who are 18 years of age or older. The same applies to making the respective reservation.
2.3. Reservations need to be done latest midnight of the day before the date of visit.
2.4. The reservation guarantees entry to Asmana Wellness World exclusively on the date and time slot indicated therein and only for the number of people specified.
2.5. Following the reservation, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email with an attached summary document of the goods and services booked.
2.6. To access the facility, a copy of the aforementioned summary document must be presented at the cashier, either in printed or electronic form.
2.7. The reservation may be canceled without notice if these Terms and Conditions are not adhered to, or if there is reasonable grounds to believe that it is intended for fraudulent or illegal activities.
2.8. In any case, customers accessing Asmana Wellness World will be required to comply with the regulations available at the following link: https://www.asmana.it/regolamento/.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. During the booking process on the website www.asmanawellness.com, full payment for the reserved services will be requested. By making the payment you accept these terms and conditions.
3.2. It is possible to request an invoice at the cashier upon entry by providing billing details.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1. Free cancellation and refund of the booking is possible until the day of the reservation of the entrance to Asmana Wellness World. In case the package includes a transfer, cancellation is possible until the date and time of departure of the bus.
4.2. To request the cancellation and refund of a booking, simply send an email to reservations@asmana.it.
4.3. The cancellation email must contain the reference booking number, as indicated in the booking summary document, and must be sent using the same email address provided during the booking process.
4.4. Refunds will be issued by returning the funds actually paid for the original booking payment to the payment method used for the order balance. For example, if the booking was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
5. MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
5.1. It is not possible to directly modify the booking, including the date or time indicated, on the website.
5.2. If a modification to a booking is desired, the cancellation of the existing booking must be requested following the procedures described in section 4. Only after this procedure, a new booking can be made.
6. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
6.1. If the appropriate option is selected, it is possible to book the shuttle service from Florence (the address is specified during the booking process) to Asmana Wellness World, and vice versa.
6.2. The booking is valid only for the selected time and date, as well as for the number of people indicated in the reservation, and can only be made on the website www.asmanawellness.com.
6.4. It is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the meeting point situated in Piazzale Montelungo – Florence. The service is performed by I Gigli shopping bus.
6.5. You must present a copy of the reservation confirmation in printed or electronic version in order to be able to board the shuttle.
6.6. If you do not arrive on time at the meeting point for the shuttle service, you will not be able to use your reservation.
6.7. Asmana assumes no responsibility if the purchaser does not arrive at the specified time, and the customer cannot request a refund for the booking as described in section 4.1.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE – CONTACTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE
7.1 Any specific request related to the booking must be sent via email to reservations@asmana.it, the address to be used for all contact and, in general, for any clarification regarding these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. For any complaints related to the booking, the customer support service at the above-mentioned email address should be contacted, outlining the reason for the complaint. We will conduct an investigation in accordance with the Internal Complaints Procedure and always with the utmost good faith and commercial fairness. Once the investigation is completed, we will send the corresponding response to the email address provided in the booking, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
8. PERSONAL DATA
8.1. All data collected to fulfill these Terms and Conditions will be processed in compliance with Swiss data protection regulations (Federal Data Protection Act, FDPA) and, where applicable, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which came into effect on 25/05/2018. For more detailed information about the processed data, the processing methods, your rights under applicable privacy laws, and the data controller within our organization, please refer to Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions (Personal Data) and Asmana’s Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of the contract between you and us.
8.2. We are authorized to collect certain information about the purchaser and voucher users. Sonosystem AG is considered the “Data Controller” in the process of collecting personal information. You alone are responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the personal data provided, while we assume no responsibility in this regard.
8.3. Your personal data will be processed by all organizations described in sections 1.2 and 1.3 of this document for the purpose of managing the reservation and addressing any inquiries
8.4. In the absence of authorization, your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be shared with third parties outside the booking process.
8.5. Following the submission of your booking request, you accept all the conditions of this document as well as those specifically contained in our “Privacy Policy” regarding the use and processing of the personal data collected. You have the right to request details of your information and personal data stored by Sonosystem AG, Kriessernstr. 40, 9450 Altstätten, Svizzera, by writing to privacy@asmana.it and attaching a copy of your valid identity document.
